My latest painting… is a pastel painting.
The size is about 12×8″ on heavyweight paper.
I titled it “The Last Silent Diva”.
This is a painting of the silent film actress Anita Page. She lived to a ripe age of 98! According to Wikipedia, and I realize that not everything you read on there is correct… At that age, she was of course the last surviving Silent Film actress in 2008. She was only 15 when she started acting.

Anita Page was known as the most beautiful face in Hollywood at the time.
I certainly agree a bit, but I have my favorites.
